And right on cue, Gary Welsh is claiming election fraud. You could tell that was coming; he was warming up for it before the election started.
...to top that off, Gary Welsh then allowed Ernie Shearer (IndyErnie) to comment on AdvanceIndiana that Andre Carson and Wilson Allen are terrorist and traitors.
