Poor Paul seems to be oblivious that there's NO Black Republicans whatsoever in either the Indiana Legislature or the U.S. Congress. All the African-Americans there are Democrats!
Nationally, the highest ranking elected public official Black Republican is the Texas Commissioner of Railroads. No Black GOP Governors or Lieutenant Governors or Secretaries of State, etc. Nary a one.
Blacks vote over 90% Democratic here and nationally. They easily see that the GOP is not good for the African-American communities...
