    According to the Howey poll, RiShawn will have to keep waiting. André Carson has the lead amongst Black voters: 90 to 3.

    Will that 7% undecided go for the Libertarians? Doubtful!

    Speaking of polls, it should be noticed Gary Welsh has studiously avoided even mentioning the Howey Poll:
    Carson 54%
    Elrod 36%
